How do I reset my password?
To reset your password follow the following steps:
Click on your avatar icon in the top right corner.
Click on your username (This will take you to your settings).
Under settings click on “Reset Password” under Security.
Confirm you wish to reset your password
An OTP (One-Time-Password) will be sent to your email address.
Type in these 4 numbers into the required field.
Type in the new password in the necessary fields (ensure the passwords match exactly)
You’ll get a pop up message confirming your password was updated.
