To reset your password follow the following steps: 

• Click on your avatar icon in the top right corner.

• Click on your username (This will take you to your settings).

• Under settings click on “Reset Password” under Security. 

• Confirm you wish to reset your password 

• An OTP (One-Time-Password) will be sent to your email address.

• Type in these 4 numbers into the required field. 

• Type in the new password in the necessary fields (ensure the passwords match exactly) 

• You’ll get a pop up message confirming your password was updated.
