TROUBLESHOOTING:
“I Can’t login”
Step 1: Check that your phone specs fit the game model
These are the preferred device specs for an optimal experience with our game:
Processor: Snapdragon 855 or equivalent
RAM: 4GB or more
Storage: 2GB or more
Operating System: Android 5.1.1 or higher or iOS 9.0 or higher
Display: 1080p or higher *you can check your specs by googling your phone model followed by "specs" & please note that these are entry level specs that you need to play the game typically *
Step 2: Ensure you are entering your details exactly as the fields are extremely case sensitive (remove all spaces entered accidently or include spaces if your username has spaces on the Ambassador Portal)
Step 3: Use lower case in your username and password
Step 4: Only use your username (not email address), and use lower case
Step 5 Ensure you are using your password that you use for your back-office portal unless you do not have an account in the back-office.
Step 6: Reset your password using the “Forgot Password” option when attempting to log in (use a simple and easy password as your new option to test, then please reset to something of your choosing to ensure security)
Step 7: Make sure you have updated/installed the latest version of Starvara Battle Royale
