Requesting Account Deletion - Starvara

At Starvara, we value your privacy and your right to control your personal data. We understand that there may come a time when you wish to delete your account on Starvara. This article will guide you through the process of requesting an account deletion and inform you about the terms and conditions that apply to this procedure.

Terms and Conditions for Account Deletion
Before you proceed with your account deletion request, it's important to be aware of the following terms and conditions
  1. Data Retention:
    Starvara may retain certain data for legal, security, or operational reasons, even after account deletion. This data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. Account Ownership:
    You must be the rightful owner of the account you wish to delete. Requests for account deletion made on behalf of someone else will not be accepted.
  3. Pending Transactions:
    You must resolve any pending transactions, disputes, or issues related to your account before initiating the deletion process.
  4. Irreversible Action:
    Account deletion is a permanent and irreversible action. Once your account is deleted, all associated data, including saved preferences, transaction history, and personal information, will be permanently removed from our system.
  5. Username and Email Address:
    You will not be able to reuse the same username or email address for a new Starvara account after deletion
Requesting Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your Starvara account, please follow these steps:
  1. Log In:
    Log in to your Starvara using your username and password.
  2. Access Help Section:
    Navigate to the Help section to find access to the Starvara account termination request form.
  3. Complete the Form:
    Fill out the required information and submit your request.
  4. Confirmation:
    After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email from the Starvara Customer Success Team at the address associated with your account.
  5. Account Deletion:
    Your Starvara account will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe upon requesting via form. During this period, your account will be inaccessible.
